About us
An independent market intelligence advisory focused on Brazil's energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors — founded in Rio de Janeiro, at the center of Latin America's most consequential industry cluster.
Who we are
Stratis Intelligence is an independent market intelligence advisory focused on Brazil's energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Founded in March 2026 and based in Rio de Janeiro — Latin America's oil and gas hub — we serve institutional investors, C-level executives, and senior analysts operating in complex, high-stakes environments.
We bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. Our work covers regulatory developments, investment flows, geopolitical risk, and sector-specific analysis, built on direct access to Brazil's key government bodies and regulatory agencies.
Our team
Our team combines professionals across data intelligence, legal analysis, geopolitical research, and strategic communications. This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to deliver insights that are not only analytically rigorous but immediately actionable for global market participants.
Why Rio de Janeiro
Rio de Janeiro is the operational center of Brazil's energy sector — home to Petrobras headquarters, the ANP, and the country's most concentrated cluster of energy and mining decision-makers. Our location gives us proximity to the institutions, people, and developments that matter most to our clients.
Global reach
Based in Brazil's energy capital, serving institutional clients across London, New York, and Houston.
The investment case
In the first half of 2025, Brazil ranked as the world's second-largest FDI destination after the United States, with inflows reaching US$84.1 billion between January and November — the highest since 2014. Its energy matrix is among the cleanest globally, with renewables dominating power generation.

Critical minerals
Brazil holds some of the world's largest proven reserves of critical minerals essential to the global energy transition — including the world's largest niobium reserves and significant deposits of lithium, graphite, copper, and rare earths.
Leadership
Brunno Braga is a data journalist and market intelligence specialist with over two decades of experience covering energy, mining, and foreign trade. He has contributed to and collaborated with leading industry publications including Hart Energy, Natural Gas World, and The Assay, and has worked as a consultant at Accenture, operating at the intersection of data, communications, and strategic analysis.
Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brunno founded Stratis Intelligence in March 2026 with a clear mandate: to deliver primary-source, institutionally rigorous intelligence on Brazil's most consequential sectors to decision-makers who cannot afford to rely on secondhand analysis.
Our approach
We do not aggregate. We do not summarize press releases. Every piece of analysis we produce is built from primary sources — official publications, regulatory filings, and direct access to Brazil's institutional ecosystem.
Our clients
Institutional investors, C-level executives, and senior analysts based in London, New York, and Houston who need to understand Brazil — not from a distance, but from the inside.
